I visited this store a lot this year and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jimmy for being able to find all the supplies on my crazy list and help me get everything delivered to the school where I work! Thanks!!
If I wanted to socialize I'd go to a social gathering not Lowe's- it's a supply store for plumbing/electrical parts.
Love the store--just not those run-ins
Wednesdays are great because fewer people= fewer run ins. Love the store and it's providence. Typically has 75% of most electrical parts needed for jobs.
The rep who served us was so professional, friendly and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about him. The service is great and they had everything I needed. What more is there to say? :)
The cons are the area--its the small town culture which is annoying...everyone 'thinks' they need to know about everyone else and they'll stop you in the store to socialize and burn time. When I'm in the middle of service work, the last thing I have, is time to hover and catch up with someone with news of over a decade.
Love this Lowes because I can usually get in-get out, Wednesdays are the best if I can plan a large job around picking up on Wed. Very nice, quiet shopping experience at this particular store, which empowers me to get all I need for service jobs without being distracted and therefore arrive back on site without a desperately needed part.
Well must say that I bought a pressure washer from yall may 2016 used it one time I took it out this pass may an it leaked at pump I had a 4 year warranty I took out so I care it back an was told that warranty would only pay 125 dollar to repair so I was told it was my fault so I payed 60.oo for warranty so I could this from happening lowes called me early this an want me to pickup pressure washer so I went today to find that my hose an handle was missing the person that help me walked out door an left so now I'm paying for a pressure washer I can't use an nobody is helping me with this problem
Clean Inside THE employees need to come see if your ok or need help no one ask me anything I went back twice that day
