Worse experience I've ever had. I set my appointment based on the reviews I had read.. well I'm VERY disappointed the reviews may be from friend's and family (don't know) but all of the staff appears to be uncertain which gave me an uneasy feeling the older receptionist was rude and unprofessional not polished. The office appeared to be clean
This dentist office is amazing! Dr. Gray is so gentle you don't even know your getting dental work done.He and his staff are very nice! This is the first dentist office that asked me how has my day been, and how things are going! Dr. Gray and his staff do an amazing job.
Everyone here is so sweet and nice and Dr. Bailey is the best! Would definitely recommend going here!
I arrived on time waited over an hour. By then 4:30 or so And Being a new patient I needed a few minutes to converse with the dentists I felt his inexperienced bed side manner he almost non audible . Hes been practicing (per him) since just 2010 which for basic dentistry could be sufficient. The dentist was pleasant but too inexperience in my opinion. The senior citizen as receptionist was blatley rude I walked in for the first time no hello how are you, straight COMPLETE THE FORMS ON EACH PAGE. If you like a no nonsense atmosphere this your place. But I prefer polished professional competent type dentist office
Great dental experience! Provided gentle care to my family (including my five year old grandson). Very good with small children and adults! Would highly recommend Dr. Bailey and his staff to anyone in the local area!
