I drove 2 hours to the dealership today to look at and ultimately purchase an excellent used truck. The salesman Ryan Chatt was extremely helpful over the phone the day before my trip giving me all the information I needed to make the decision to drive to the dealership. We have not had a pleasant experience with this company. There is always something. They rip you off and then try to sell you on tires or an alignment.

We purchased our 2014 Ford Explorer early this year. We asked for 5 free oil changes and tire rotations with our purchase and they agreed. Shortly after our purchase we had a squeeking noise when we turned the steering wheel. We called the dealership and they said to bring it in and they would check it out. We brought it in, they looked at it, said it would be a minor fix of $200 and charged us the diagnostic fee. We brought the vehicle in to be serviced, once they began the work they informed us that it was actually a steering column issue with a gear and the fix was $1800. We tried to possibly get out of the car and into something else. They weren't willing to give us what we had just paid about 1 month prior. They said it was because of the mileage on the car now. We bought our car to drive it, not park it in the drive way. Anyhow, they were only willing to trade us into a small SUV. We needed a 4th row of seats. We ended up negotiating with the fix on the car and paid about half of the fee. Notes are never added into our account about what is said. We also have taken it back to have the breaks changed. They said they really didn't need to be changed but you could hear them squeeking. So we had them changed anyways. Well the squeeking got worse. We brought it back 2 times and they claim to not hear it squeeking or have any record of us calling. We have taken it in 2 times for the oil change and tire rotation. We took it in this morning again and they charged us for the oil change. We asked about it and they only have 2 oil changes and tire rotations in their system, not the 5 they agreed to.
We have had nothing but problems with service here. If you negotiate a deal make sure you get it in writing because they will pull a fast one on you and claim that the deal was never made. They have high turn over rate with employees and sales people. So you can't say "well so and so said this or that" because they will not be working there to confirm your statement.
Love the no-haggle pricing on used cars. The service is also very great. They've been wonderful about follow up with emails
