The frappe and shake machines are always broken, the order taken does not take orders equally from both lanes.... you could be sitting in the outside lane and at least five orders will be taken from the inside lane. I have to go up to the window sometimes for them to take my order! The fries are always cold and the customer service really sucks! Too bad you have to drive to the closest one in Rocky Mount if you want decent service!

My husband and I visited this location's drive through on Sunday morning around 12:30 am, after a long day at ECU's family and friends weekend celebration. We ended up traveling to Tarboro NC to find shelter at the hotel (which is very close to the location). The cashier (who placed my order) was very attentive and precise. The employee (at the second window) was just as pleasing as the cashier and she even had time to answer a question I asked, about the town of Tarboro and the hotel we were going to stay in. They both gave us smiles with accurate service. We were amazed at the service we received at the time of morning it was. My husband seems to have enjoyed his meal that morning because there was nothing left when I got out of the shower. :)
Clean and was quick to get waited on. Food was hot and tasted good.
Good for a quick bite. Not the healthiest.
